Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial operations for the manufacturing facility

Track and analyze inventory costs, materials, labor, and production costs

Develop and maintain financial scorecards and key performance indicators

Provide strategic financial guidance to plant management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency

Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulations

Conduct regular floor walks to maintain direct communication with production teams

Interface with corporate finance team and plant management

Implement and maintain cost control measures

Support growth initiatives and expansion planning

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume production

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proven track record of proactive problem-solving

Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management

Salary: $125,000-$140,000 Plus bonus dependent on company performance
