Education: BA/BS degree
Experience Required: 3-7 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, and OneNote.
Assist the PMA Operations Officer in over all management of day to day operations of the PMA.
Provide assistance with PEO(U&W) and DON Taskers.
Assist with Public Release Requests.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of the Weekly Status Brief, 30-60-90 Calendar, and Weekly Status Report.
Prepare and print Quarterly Awards, Assist with Employee Check In/Check Out process.
Provide news, events, and announcements updates to PMA202 SharePoint site and MS Teams channels. Assist with facilities requests.
Assist with planning and execution of PMA202 events. Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Benefits:

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
