Job Description
Prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, asset transfers, entity formation documents, agreements and resolutions.
Serve as trusted liaison, attending client signings, coordinating third-party meetings, and maintaining a polished/professional presence.
File pleadings, record legal documents, manage deadlines, and handle document preparation with speed and accuracy.
Manage calendar coordination, perform invoicing, pre-bill edits, handle conflict checks and assist with time tracking.
Partner closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting to ensure exceptional client service and seamless operations.
The Firm is Seeking
4–10 years of experience as a paralegal in trusts and estates or a related legal area, and a law firm background.
Proactive mindset and collaborative spirit: We're seeking a driven, self-motivated and collaborative professional who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality results.
Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, discretion with confidential matters and client-first mentality.
