POSITION SUMMARY: Step into a leading role as the Restaurant Manager of Franklin Café, where tradition meets the present.

We are looking for someone who can create amazing dining experiences and run our establishment like a well-oiled machine.

It will be essential for the right candidate to be flexible and versatile - able to jump into any role as needed with a positive attitude and demonstrate their potential for advancement.you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, excelling at people management with the ability to inspire, train, and develop others to their fullest potential.

You'll also be tasked with menu development and pricing, analyzing and effectively maintaining P&L statements, and keeping track of budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and ensure adherence to company policies, training, and restaurant procedures.

Maintain high standards for safety, food quality, and customer satisfaction; address and resolve complaints promptly.

Manage staff scheduling, track hours, and oversee accurate end-of-day cashouts.

Order necessary supplies while adhering to budget constraints and monitor operational costs.

Supervise daily front- and back-of-house operations, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.

Conduct staff performance appraisals and lead recruitment and interviewing efforts.

Engage with guests to garner feedback and continuously improve service and product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1-year minimum of restaurant management experience.

An understanding of the restaurant's day-to-day operations and a willingness to learn new systems.

Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in the hospitality industry, is desired.

Proven leadership abilities.

Solid mathematical skills and basic knowledge of accounting.

Familiarity with TOAST POS or similar systems (preferred) Able to work a flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends Strong organizational skills and a competitive, results-oriented mindset COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE Benefits: Paid time off, such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days Health insurance Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement benefits or accounts 401k with employer matching Healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts, such as HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs Long-term disability insurance Short-term disability insurance Schedule: To be the ideal candidate, you must be willing to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekends as required.
