**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various machinery to manufacture axle components. This role includes assembly work, quality control, material handling, and adherence to safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC machines, stamping machines, and stud presses to manufacture axle components.

+ Perform bench, floor, or conveyor assembly tasks involving standardized work elements.

+ Inspect and test components to ensure they meet quality standards.

+ Move materials using forklifts and other equipment.

+ Follow safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.

+ Experience with assembly, inspection, and use of hand tools.

+ Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.

+ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

+ Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Experience with hand tools is a plus.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

+ Commitment to safety and compliance with protocols.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.54 - $18.54/hr.
