**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Inspector in a machine shop specializing in the manufacture of PUP joints and water well couplings. You will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections, utilizing blueprints and a variety of measuring equipment to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct in-process and final inspections in a machine shop environment.
+ Utilize blueprints to guide inspection processes.
+ Employ measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, ring gauges, and plug gauges.
+ Ensure quality control standards are upheld through thorough visual inspections.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3 years of experience in Quality Inspection.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Skillful use of measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, ring gauges, and plug gauges.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a threading shop is advantageous.
+ Bilingual skills are highly beneficial.

**Work Environment**
Work in a small, family-owned shop that is non-climate controlled, fostering a tight-knit community of 12-15 team members. The shop primarily speaks Spanish, though all managers and supervisors are bilingual. The work shift is from 5:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with work on alternate weekends.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
