**Job Description**

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be engaged in hands-on activities within a warehouse environment. Your role will involve using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers to disassemble electronic components. You will also need computer and data entry skills to manage inventory using a proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel. The job primarily focuses on disassembling computer components, server racks, and memory banks. You will regularly lift up to 40 lbs and rotate through different departments, making your daily tasks varied and engaging.

**Responsibilities**

+ Disassemble electronic components using basic hand tools.

+ Perform computer data entry for inventory management using Microsoft Excel.

+ Handle disassembly of computer components, outdated or damaged server racks, and memory banks.

+ Lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.

+ Rotate through various departments within the warehouse to perform varied tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in warehouse operations (1-2 years preferred).

+ Proficiency in computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel.

+ Ability to follow written directions accurately.

+ Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift.

+ Skill in using hand tools effectively.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Steel toe or Composite boots required from day one.

+ Strong attention to detail for sorting materials.

+ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

**Work Environment**

The warehouse is located in Sterling, VA, where outdated computers, racks, and servers are processed by wiping their data and either reselling or destroying them for metal. The work environment is teamwork-oriented, requiring strong collaboration skills. The warehouse is clean and air-conditioned, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, Virginia.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
