**Job Title: Inventory and Shipping Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory and Shipping Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing inventory and shipping operations within our warehouse, ensuring accurate data entry into ERP systems and efficient kitting of products for customer delivery. The position is available due to expansion and previous employee departure, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growing operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform inventory counts throughout the warehouse and accurately enter data into the ERP inventory system.
+ Kit products based on daily work tickets and prepare them for shipment to customers.
+ Lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs as part of shipping duties.
+ Operate forklifts as required for inventory and shipping tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in data entry and basic math skills.
+ Experience in inventory management and ERP systems.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate a forklift.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
+ Steel toe boots are required for safety compliance.
+ Experience with ERP systems and forklift operation is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work in a 30-person manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled. Safety gear including steel toe boots is required. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Linthicum Heights, Maryland.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
