**Job Title: Test Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for utilizing power measuring tools to test electronic equipment, ensuring functionality and reliability. You will work with a range of tools including Digital Voltmeters (DVMs), Calibrators, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Power Analyzers, Frequency Counters, Phase Meters, and Computer-Based Test Programs. You will need to be proficient in reading electronic schematic diagrams and following test procedures, utilizing engineering manuals in a clean room environment. The role involves testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment down to the component level.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate power measuring tools to test electronic equipment.
+ Read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams and test procedures.
+ Utilize engineering manuals in a clean room environment.
+ Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment to the component level.
+ Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in electronic troubleshooting and schematics.
+ Experience with DVMs, Calibrators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Supply equipment.
+ Capability to read schematics and perform component-level troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with assembly and repair of electronic equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ No engineering degree requirement; a degree in Electronics may lead to better pay.
+ Knowledge of testing electronic equipment.
+ Ability to read electronic schematics and engineering manuals.
+ Experience with digital and analog circuitry.
+ Strong customer service skills and fluency in communication.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
