**Job Title: Packer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for assembling kits for shipment. You will be involved in various tasks including picking, packing, and shipping. Your duties will also include building boxes, packaging materials, and verifying shipments. Flexibility is key as you will be expected to assist where needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick, pack, and ship items accurately and efficiently.
+ Build boxes and package materials for shipment.
+ Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.
+ Assist in various tasks as needed within the department.
+ Stand and work for up to 12 hours, including weekends when required.
+ Lift up to 30 pounds safely.
+ Work effectively under pressure.

+ Proficiency in packing and sorting orders.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
+ Ability to handle inventory and material efficiently.
+ Competence in order picking and loading.

**Work Environment**
Work in an extremely clean manufacturing site with the potential to expand into a 3 million sqft campus. The environment is temperature controlled, ensuring comfort during your shifts. No certifications or PPE are required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
