We're currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to take full ownership of our digital and print creative efforts. This is a key role on a growing marketing team, ideal for a hands-on designer with technical knowledge, layout expertise, and a strong eye for clean, functional marketing design.
What You'll Do
Web & Digital Design
Own and manage our WordPress website with 500+ product titles
Perform weekly site updates: product pages, spec sheets, firmware, and downloads
Prepare and upload product images, digital assets, and promotional banners
Manage website hosting, plugin updates, and light troubleshooting
Collaborate with product development to maintain accuracy across the site
Support digital campaigns: web ads, email graphics, and landing pages
Assist with social media graphics and post templates
Edit or create basic video content for product features, events, and promotions
Print & Layout Design
Design sales flyers, catalogs, brochures, trade show materials, and product packaging
Create print-ready layouts for spec sheets, signage, and box art
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all printed deliverables
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop materials
Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, color, and resolution
What You Bring
5–7 years of professional design experience in both web and print
Strong proficiency in WordPress, including hosting and plugin management
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere or After Effects a plus)
Portfolio that showcases a strong mix of digital and layout design work
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and independently own projects from concept to completion
Experience designing for both digital and print formats, with excellent attention to detail
Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing
Nice to Have
Basic HTML/CSS skills
Experience with social media content planning or scheduling tools
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/email platforms
Experience in a product-focused or technical/manufacturing environment
Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and own projects from start to finish
Experience in product-based or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
