We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician for our food manufacturing facility, specializing in drinkable yogurt production. The facility is highly automated, ensuring a semi-cold environment in most areas. This position requires working from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with shifts available from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday. **If you're interested in this position, please apply and an internal recruiter will reach out within 24-48 hours.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems and automation equipment.
+ Ensure optimal operation of robotics and automated systems.
+ Adhere to sanitation rules and guidelines within the food manufacturing environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of two years of experience in Maintenance, particularly in Electro/Mechanical Maintenance.
+ Proficiency in PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
+ Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, except for the blow mold room, which can be warm (90-100 degrees). Employees are required to wear hair nets, facial hair guards, shoe covers, and hearing protection. Attire exposed to chemicals or products remains at the facility to comply with sanitation rules. The facility is spacious, allowing collaboration with up to ten other colleagues.
