TITLE: Pricing Desk Analyst

LOCATION: Herndon, VA Area

We’re looking for a Pricing Desk Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you’ll support three key objectives: increase sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve business processes and enforce their use, and ensure Salesforce data integrity is kept at the highest standards. As a Pricing Desk Analyst, you will act as the trusted sales guide to execute complex deal structures and terms, think critically and proactively to identify improved processes and approaches, and synthesize information from multiple sources to drive deal execution across all sales verticals and regions.

Essential Functions

Provide Pricing Desk, Contract and Order management support for our sales team.

Partners with Sales to accelerate quoting process through operational efficiencies, training calls and processes.

Strategic partner with cross-functional teams including Finance/Legal to review or address revenue recognition or contracting concerns for non-standard deals.

Ensures adherence to our quote-to-cash processes and policies while effectively escalating new use-cases outside of the current approval matrix and providing appropriate proposed solutions to facilitate.

Monitors the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals process, driving compliance with approval pricing and quote structure.

Contribute to quote to cash process automation and improvement tasks.

Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on quote creation and questions, invoicing/PO requirements on direct & reseller deal constructs, special pricing, operations, approval policies, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations.

Education & Experience

1+ years of quote creation, order processing, customer service, administrative or related experience

Previous experience in a support role capacity liaising with multiple departments

Attention to detail

Experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred

Thorough knowledge with email, MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required

Aptitude for numbers and data analysis essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:$58,700.00-82,099.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
