We are looking for a skilled and dependable CNC Operator with experience in setting up and operating 5-axis routers for production. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications, using precision measuring tools, and have recent hands-on experience in CNC machining. Familiarity with Fagor controls is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC routers for production runs according to specifications

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.

Monitor and adjust machine settings during operations to maintain optimal performance and quality.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Accurately document production data and report any deviations or issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC machining, with recent hands-on operation preferred.

Experience with Fagor control systems is a plus.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.

Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing floor with moderate noise levels and occasional heavy lifting.

Standing for long periods are required.

Use of safety equipment and adherence to company safety protocols is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
