Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, DOE
Position Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards through diligent inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished parts. This position involves hands-on measurement, interpretation of technical drawings, and documentation of inspection results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections across various manufacturing technologies.
Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to measure product features.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for dimensional and visual specifications.
Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for materials that do not meet quality standards.
Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) during inspections.
Document inspection findings using the internal QA database accurately and consistently.
Provide feedback to departments regarding inspection outcomes and quality issues.
Maintain and follow procedures for the use and care of measurement equipment.
Communicate inspection concerns to the QA Manager or QC Lead.
Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing, or a combination of education and experience.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using common inspection tools.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based PC systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ISO9001:2015 or similar quality systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and manual dexterity.Company Description
