Oasis Day Club, LLC is a day program serving adults with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to ensuring our members have the best possible experience while they are here. We foster an environment that allows members to build social skills, develop relationships, experience community activities, and continue to grow their independent living skills in order to be successful on their own. We offer a variety of activities such as community exploration, crafts, fitness classes, sport games, book club, social interactions, science experiments, cooking lessons, and much more. We also currently offer Zoom 3 days per week so that those at home are still able to participate. Our members are our focus and we strive to provide them every opportunity to discover what is important to and for them.
RESPONSABILITES
Engage and enrich the members and assist them in having a successful day
Driving members on our shuttles, to and from the club.
You will be responsible for day to day activities and following a calendar of activities.
You will help with cleaning the facility after the day is done.
You will work closely with coworkers as a team.
You will be required to complete daily documentation on the members days in accordance with DODD guidelines.
You will be expected to help assist in feeding and toileting individuals when necessary and assisting in walking or using a wheelchair.

Being able to think ahead to avoid problems, as well as being able to problem solve.
REQUIREMENTS:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must have a current Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points
-Must be able to drive wheelchair accessible company shuttles (and be qualified to be insured through our company)
-Must be able to pass an FBI/BCI Background check. Any prior felony conviction, even minor, will disqualify you from working in this field per the requirements set by the government
-Must pass an ODOT physical
-Must pass a Drug Screening
-Will need current CPR/First Aid certificate (We will help you get this if you do not already have it)
-1+ years experience in DD field preferred but we will train
BENEFITS/SALARY
-$14-$16 an hour depending on experience

-Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, no nights or weekends

We require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test each week.
