Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs of owner
Set up and schedule calls and meetings
Maintain and order supplies
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant within a residential contracting company
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Experience with AccuLynx or comparable CRM
Ma Drivers License
