The KHI Sales Analyst will drive business growth by leveraging data analysis and insights to identify strategic opportunities with Kraft Heinz Ingredients (KHI) customers, managing the KHI Sales Pipeline, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. The analyst will also maintain Salesforce as a reliable tool for sales performance tracking and pipeline trends, track and report on the ZBB sales budget, and collaborate with other analysts to incorporate best practices. Additionally, the analyst will develop customer-specific selling stories using data from various sources and create data reports to analyze trends, ultimately supporting key business building initiatives and driving sales team success.
Primary Responsibilities
Leverage data analysis and insights to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities with Kraft Heinz Ingredients (KHI) customers, driving business expansion and revenue growth through data-driven decision making and collaborative partnership development
Own and manage the KHI Sales Pipeline, overseeing data management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline calls, while ensuring accurate tracking, timely reporting, and proactive communication to drive sales team success.
Ensure that Salesforce remains a reliable and accurate tool for tracking sales performance, monitoring pipeline trends, and supporting strategic decisions.
Track and report on the ZBB sales budget to ensure transparency and financial alignment.
Collaborate with peers and cross functionally to ensure KHI incorporates efficient ways of working and best practices
Integrate data from a variety of sources to develop impactful customer-specific selling stories in support of key category business building initiatives.
Utilize data platforms like Clearview and Tableau to design, develop, and maintain data reports to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. These insights will be shared with the Sales Director and National Account Managers to proactively understand our opportunities with customers.
Qualifications
1-3 years+ years of experience in analytics, sales, customer management and/or account management, preferably for a CPG company.
Excellent planning, oral, and written communication.
Experience in applying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management and selling to achieve objectives.
Strong analytical skills; Use and understanding of syndicated data; develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and segment performance and influences customer to achieve category objectives.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excel skills to include working with V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and miscellaneous data aggregation, manipulation formulas.
Results-driven professional with proven ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely completion of high-priority projects and delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments

New Hire Base Salary Range:$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
