Overview: Berks Inc. is proud to partner with Breeze line, a leading provider of high-speed internet, TV, and phones, to bring top-tier solutions to homes and businesses in Columbus and surrounding areas. As a third-party partner, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to help us drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Initiate and secure sales for Breezeline's services, including internet, cable, landline, and cell phones.
Process new orders efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Attend daily team meetings and developmental workshops to stay up to date on products and sales techniques.
Identify client-specific needs and address them with tailored solutions.
Serve as the face of Breezeline, demonstrating good character, empathy, and professionalism.
Build lasting relationships with clients and create future opportunities for business.
Promote Breezeline's products and services through outside sales visits and face-to-face interactions.
Be proactive in driving business growth through strategic sales and customer service excellence.
Be required to work Monday - Friday from 1pm-8pm
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to market technical products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Prior experience in outside sales is preferred but not required.
Ability to pass a basic background check.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for travel.
Cell phone with a data plan for work-related communication.
Eligible to work full-time and able to travel as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
