Looking for a rewarding driving career with consistent routes, great pay, and a supportive work environment? We’re hiring Class A CDL Team Drivers to run FedEx Over-the-Road (OTR) routes – with terminals located in Orlando & Ocala, FL • Marietta, GA • Dallas, TX.

This is a Team Driving Position – already have a driving partner? Great! Need one? We’ll match you with a qualified teammate.

Earning Potential

Weekly average: $1,200–$2,100+ (based on experience & mileage)

Paid per mile, terminal-to-terminal

100% Drop & Hook – No touch freight

Smooth routes: mostly interstate & highway driving with pull-through parking

Requirements

Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples Endorsement

Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience (FedEx-approved CDL school)

Current DOT Medical Card

Clean driving record:

No DUIs in the past 10 years

No major violations (15+ MPH over)

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

No felonies

License must be valid (not suspended or revoked)

Must pass drug screening
