Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to become a part of our team! You will perform various tasks including but not limited to demolition, lot clearing, material delivery and sales, foundations, site prep, solar projects, forestry mulching, and commercial excavation.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a variety of equipment

Operating equipment in diverse conditions

Load and unload material

Inspect equipment before and after use

Communicate need for maintenance or repair

Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Performing various other construction duties as needed

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience operating various types of heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, preferred

Understanding of basic mechanical principles and the ability per perform minor repairs as necessary

Strong work ethic

Ability to handle physical workload

General understanding of site work preferred

Class A or Class B license preferred but not required
