Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operators & Forklift Operators in the Greater New Haven area! This role involves operating machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently, handling materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow across our production and warehouse areas.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd available

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operator:

Set up, operate, and monitor machinery used in the production of [specific products or components, e.g., circuit boards, hardware components].

Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure proper functionality.

Troubleshoot minor issues with machines and coordinate repairs or service as needed.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures while working with machinery.

Forklift Operator:

Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.

Load and unload trucks, moving materials to designated storage areas or production lines.

Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory management.
