We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing, prospecting, and selling product demonstrations (demos) to homeowners for our window and door solutions. Your primary goal is to set high-quality appointments that convert into closed deals by our closing sales team. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales, love interacting with people, and are comfortable working in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned territories to identify potential customers and generate interest in our window and door products.

Present and promote product demonstrations, emphasizing the benefits and value of high-efficiency windows and doors.

Schedule qualified in-home appointments for the closing sales team.

Educate prospects about product offerings and current promotions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly demo appointment quotas.

Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation.

Attend ongoing training and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Provide feedback from prospects to help refine marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

1+ year of experience in outside sales, canvassing, or lead generation preferred but not required.

Experience in home improvement, windows and doors, solar, or HVAC industries is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a hunter’s mentality and a strong drive to succeed.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Tech-savvy – able to use CRM tools, GPS, and mobile sales apps.

Able to work evenings and weekends as needed (based on homeowner availability).

Skills Required:

Sales Prospecting: Ability to identify and qualify potential leads effectively.

Customer Engagement: Engaging and building rapport quickly with homeowners.

Product Knowledge: Learning and communicating features and benefits of windows and doors.

Objection Handling: Skillfully addressing customer concerns or resistance.

Territory Management: Efficiently covering assigned neighborhoods and tracking outreach.

Goal Orientation: Strong focus on metrics and consistently hitting demo-setting targets.

Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting approaches based on customer responses or market feedback.

Working Conditions:

Majority of work is performed in the field (residential neighborhoods).

Exposure to various weather conditions while canvassing.

Requires walking, standing, and interacting with people for extended periods.

Performance incentives tied directly to demos set and quality of appointments.
