Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co., a trusted home improvement company with over 45 years of success, is hiring a Call Center Assistant Manager to help lead our growing inside sales and appointment-setting team.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of our call center, coach and motivate team members, monitor performance, and ensure we’re consistently hitting lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing a team of appointment setters and lead generators
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring
Help with hiring, training, and scheduling
Step in to handle calls or leads when needed
Ensure call scripts and processes are followed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a call center or inside sales leadership role
Strong communication and people-management skills
Goal-driven with a positive, team-first attitude
Organized and dependable
Home improvement industry experience is a plus
