About The Role

Role Overview:

As a Support Human at BrewDog New Albany, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by seamlessly balancing responsibilities as both a Host and Food Runner. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit, and ensuring smooth food service by efficiently running dishes from the kitchen to tables.

Key Responsibilities:

Hosting Duties:

Greet guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude.

Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.

Provide guests with menus and communicate any special offerings.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Support takeout and to-go order pickups as needed.

Food Running Duties:

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.

Communicate with the kitchen and servers to ensure correct orders are delivered.

Assist in quality control by ensuring dishes meet presentation standards.

Provide basic menu knowledge to answer guest questions about dishes.

Maintain a clean and stocked service station to support smooth operations.
