Customer Service Officer ( salary: 15k-20k) cagayan de oro The role is office based in CDO and hours of work are Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 5+ years of admin experience in customer service or a similar role

An Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred ● Strong understanding of customer service principles, best practices, and problem-solving techniques. ● Excellent English,verbal and written communication skills, for handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and support tools.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and make decisions while following company policies.

High attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer requests.

Experience in handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues.

A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Highly Regarded: ● Proven admin experience ( preferably 5 or more years ) in an senior admin role, EA / PA role or even a managerial role, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organisation. ● Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks.

Ability to learn new tasks and Business Processes quickly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficient in the Google Suite of products, (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meets & Chats)

Knowledge and use of AI ( Chat GPT, Gemini etc )

Experience with specific CRM, software and other tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot & Zoho

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
