Special Requirements

Bachelor Degree + 3 years of experience

US Citizenship Required to possess CBP or ICE Public Trust

MUST have Active DHS CBP or ICE clearance

MUST be willing to commute 2 times a week to Washington D.C.

The Gist…

The Business IT Analyst will be responsible for enhancing an existing PowerApp tool by developing new functionality and automations, incorporating and updating PowerAutomate workflows, testing, providing demonstrations, and troubleshooting. The Business IT Analyst will also update an existing Admin Guide for the customer. This role will report to Jennifer Louden, Jimmy Nurre, and a project team lead. There are weekly meetings with the client, as well as internal working and planning meetings with the team.

What Your Day Might Include…

Attend all client and internal meetings.

Take and submit meeting minutes for all client meetings.

Support enhancements and development of a PowerApp based tool.

Leverage PowerAutomate to update/create automated workflows.

Test tools and provide documentation.

Support demonstrations, training, and user guide development.

Assist with any troubleshooting.

Requirements

You’ll Bring These Qualifications…

Bachelor Degree + 3 years of experience

US Citizenship Required to possess CBP or ICE Public Trust

MUST have Active DHS CBP or ICE clearance

Intermediate/Advanced Power App, Power Automate, and Microsoft Excel skill

Reside in the DMV area

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work with on a team and independently on tasks
