We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s excited to build scalable systems, shape the architecture of our platforms, and craft tools that transform how patients engage with care.

This role is based in Nashville, TN, with the expectation to work in-office 1–2 times per month for team collaboration and onsite alignment.

What You’ll Do:

Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frameworks like React and Next.js

Design and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL

Work closely withOperations team and other stakeholders to develop thoughtful solutions that support both patients and internal users

Contribute to the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to implementation and rollout

Integrate with third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., Salesforce, payment systems)

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code that aligns with team standards

Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve platform performance and reliability

Collaborate in an agile environment with regular code reviews and shared ownership

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in a modern tech stack

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js

Experience with backend development and relational databases like PostgreSQL

Familiarity with API design, authentication, and cloud environments such as AWS

Strong understanding of performance, security, and responsive design principles

Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, and product-focused teams

Passion for clean code, elegant solutions, and continuous learning

Located in Nashville, TN, with the ability to be onsite 1–2 times per month

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with Next.js, AWS Lambda, or Serverless frameworks

Experience building mobile applications using React Native and/or native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) frameworks

Exposure to healthtech, e-commerce, or multi-location service models

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance or secure data handling practices

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Heroku, or Docker

Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical portfolio

Pay Range

$110,000—$130,000 USD
