Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at Analytical & Combustion Systems Inc. Located in Bethel, CT. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, conducting cost analysis, and preparing accurate and competitive project bids. The Estimator will also collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent mathematical and financial acumen

· Experience in project estimation and cost analysis

· Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Experience in the power plant or industrial equipment industry is a plus

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred

Compensation is a mix of salary and bonus dependent on sales volume, so only highly self-motivated salespeople will find this position rewarding. Benefit package includes health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation and holidays.
