Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Manager to lead our development, launch, and continuous enhancement of digital asset products, including tokenized assets, stablecoins, and blockchain-based financial instruments. This role requires a deep understanding of digital asset technologies, financial markets, and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovative solutions aligned with the bank’s digital transformation goals. You will drive the development of innovative, user-centric financial products that meet customer needs while ensuring scalability, compliance, and commercial impact.
This position is based on site in our recently renovated Plano, TX headquarters.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
Define and own the product vision and strategy across all lines of business (e.g., payments, lending, digital wallets, accounts, cards, etc.).
Align product initiatives with business goals, market trends, and customer insights.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations to build high-impact, compliant financial products.
Build and lead a world-class product team with a culture of experimentation, accountability, and customer obsession.
Foster a product-led mindset across the organization.
Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to prioritize features and improve customer experience.
Champion digital-first and mobile-first product experiences.
Ensure all products meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and risk standards in the financial services sector.
Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to embed guardrails into the product design process.
Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy, fundraising, and market expansion.
Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including the board.
Define KPIs and success metrics for digital asset products.
Analyze performance data to inform product enhancements and decision-making.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):
8+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven success building and scaling digital financial products in a regulated environment.
Strong grasp of financial technologies (e.g., core banking, APIs, payments rails, KYC, ledger systems).
Customer-first mindset with excellent intuition for UX and product-market fit.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire product teams in high growth environments.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background is a plus.
