Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Description

Leading Technologies is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill a Manufacturing Quality Engineer position in the Quality Department at our Leechburg, PA location.

Responsibilities

Complete root cause investigation, corrective action reports, and 8D reports

Process improvement projects

PPAPs for new parts, and also maintaining current PPAP Reports

Performing MSA studies on gages

Performing and Maintaining Calibrations

Risk assessments

Auditing

Working closely with the quality manager on ongoing projects

Other duties as assigned

Required/Desired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Experience in quality preferred but not required

Knowledge of ISO / IATF preferred but not required

Must work well in a team environment

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking

Must be self-motivated and capable of prioritizing tasks in order to complete all work in a timely manner
