Xactimate Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a successful company in Sacramento!

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for repairs on program and large-loss projects.

Utilize Xactimate and Symbility to create detailed estimates.

Assess damages, determine repair scope, and work closely with adjusters, project managers, and clients.

Ensure estimates align with industry standards, insurance guidelines, and company expectations.

Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

4+ years experience as an Estimator in the construction or restoration field

Strong knowledge of Program Jobs and Large Loss estimating.

Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility is required.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
