Together, these companies create a seamless construction and development ecosystem. What’s next for the ecosystem? We are looking for a visionary Marketing Intern to help tell our story, strengthen our brand presence, and support strategic growth across all 5 entities.
Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will assist the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in executing marketing strategies; curating content; refining communication and public relations strategies; and ensuring brand consistency across all five companies. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing/communications, real estate, and construction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CMO in developing and executing marketing strategies
Create and manage engaging content across social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, newsletters, and press releases
Ensure brand consistency across digital and traditional platforms
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing initiatives
Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts
Monitor and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, and campaign performance
Collaborate with internal teams to capture and showcase company projects, culture, and success stories
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a cohesive presence across all five companies
Qualifications
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong writing and content creation skills (graphic design or video editing experience is a plus)
Expert across all social media platforms
Understanding of email marketing campaigns/tools (Hubspot) and website CMS (Wordpress)
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand execution
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Passion for marketing and storytelling in the construction and real estate industry
Self-starter who takes initiative, contributes new ideas, and is ready to present and execute new strategies
