We are actively seeking a Management Support associate to join our Production Control Department on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm)
Role: Create and maintain a stamping schedule. 2. Responsibilities: Ensure that all information that is published is accurate and correct. 3. Job Description: • Review previous shift production in PLEX to ensure that all scheduled quotas were met and report all information to the Assistant Manager of PRP. • Monitor Stamping Production needs to ensure that they have everything needed to accomplish the required goals for the day. • Review coil inventory to ensure that all coils needed are received and if not report all shortages to production in order to make necessary changes. Monitor blanks to ensure that each press has the necessary blanks to perform each die change.

Weekly Pay
$22.00/hour starting wage
Base-Rate Pay increase every three (3) months for the first year
Additional $1.00/hour at 5 and 10 years of service

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Intermediate computer skills and use of Excel
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize daily tasks
Work under pressure in a just in time environment
Ability to work in a team setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred
Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands
overtime may be daily and/or weekend
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
