Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to work independently after a short training period

Able to operate a utility vehicle such as a gator

Able to use basic custodial and grounds maintenance tools such as a mop, broom, mowers and blowers, janitorial cart, vacuum cleaner, snow shovel, street broom

Lifting/Carrying: up to 50lbs. Objects may be filled mop buckets, large trash bags, boxed supplies

Pushing/Pulling objects such as snow shovels, brooms and mops, mowers

Able to mix and use standard cleaning chemicals such as bleach and other sanitizers

Experience using a variety of tools to mow and trim grass and knowledge of how to do so in suboptimal conditions

Able to work any of the three work shifts with short notice: 8:00am – 4:00pm, 4:00pm – 12:00am, 12:00am – 8:00am

Reliable transportation to/from the work site
