Premier ProduceOne, a respected leader in food service distribution throughout Ohio and surrounding regions, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role supporting our Sales Department and ensuring our customers receive the high level of service they expect. You’ll work collaboratively across teams, help maintain accurate records, and provide daily operational support.
This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for career advancement based on performance and business needs. Availability for occasional nights and weekends may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily customer orders to confirm delivery dates and order accuracy
Monitor product availability and generate timely reports
Maintain up-to-date client records and inform customers of product updates
Assist customers with order entry and account management
Facilitate internal communication for onboarding new customers
Learn and utilize our ERP system for order processing and customer support
Handle customer credits and contribute to special projects
Meet multiple deadlines and provide timely, accurate reporting
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation (on-site role)
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
