5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain.
Experience with New Product Introduction.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Drive execution at all levels of operations leadership internally and externally, help establish delivery requirements and performance metrics, own operations execution internally and with partners, and make trade-offs to ensure program deliverables are met.
Ensure projects are organized and delivering on desired goals, build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within senior-level audiences, lead execution against recommendations.
Develop recommendations on strategic direction and specific project opportunities.
Drive business scalability and growth through capability development.
