We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Front Desk Receptionist with Medical Assistant experience to join our healthcare team. This hybrid role combines front office administrative duties with essential clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing patient interactions at the front desk while also supporting medical staff with procedures including drawing blood and administering injections.

We are a prestigious, high-end concierge medical office looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, we require someone who can answer phone calls with energy and professionalism.

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible to help ensure a memorable experience for our clients and patients. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orientating guests to the facilities, and providing personal guest service.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk:

Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner

Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for their appointments

Explaining location amenities offered and answering guests' questions

Inventory

Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously

Communicate effectively with doctors and medical staff

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment through consistent monitoring

Bilingual a Plus

Clinical Duties:

Take and record vital signs and patient medical histories

Draw blood for laboratory testing (phlebotomy)

Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by providers

Assist during minor procedures and exams

Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and supplies

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills

Must enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality

Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and money handling skills

Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills

Must be a team player

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 1 year front desk and clinical experience in a medical setting

Phlebotomy experience required

Experience administering injections required

Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
