About the Role
Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth? Do you love the thrill of closing deals and uncovering new opportunities? If so, we want you on our team as a Territory Manager!
You'll manage up to 500 client accounts in your designated region, become the face of our brand, and help us launch new products, grow our customer base, and bring innovative dental solutions to our clients.
What Youll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 500 clients in a defined territory
Conduct in-person client visits and attend key meetings & events
Drive sales through new product launches, upselling, and prospecting
Organize and attend conferences and trade shows representing the lab
Use My Lab Connect (MLC) to provide client training and support
Maintain your Outlook calendar and coordinate event assignments
Review sales reports, manage data from Labtrac, and verify commissions
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in direct selling and tele-sales
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Prior experience in the dental market or dental sales
