The Entry Level Account Representative is responsible for the brand representation of our client. This is a great stepping stone and learning opportunity for those interested in a career in sales. We are looking for people who would be willing to expand our client's footprint across the country and therefore, there are multiple career advancement opportunities. The Retail Account Representative will be the face of major retail companies and bring our clients' sales through setting high quality leads. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to be the next top producer and to become the best person they can be. This is a full time position that pays hourly or an aggressive commission and bonus plans! There are great opportunities for advancement and growth. Our top reps are hitting six figures in earnings annually.

Responsibilities Include:

Attend daily meetings highlighting productions and sales

Constantly working to improving your pitch

Work at a fast pace - Talk to Everyone

Work in a competitive team environment

Be a self-starter and highly motivated

Expectation Include:

Strong attendance record

Positive attitude

Professional appearance

Produce at least ten leads per week with no cap

Qualifications Include:

Previous door to door or retail sales is a plus

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

Desire for self-management and development

18 years of age or older

Driven to succeed in a marketing / sales environment
