About the Role:
The Manager of Human Resources at Ewald Automotive Group will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce and culture. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction. The manager will oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations, fostering a positive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development and training programs.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some Saturday work may be required.
