Laborer

Job Description

We are a small local contracting company seeking a reliable and hard-working laborer to join our team! This is a part time position offering 30 to 36 hours a week, job times will vary according to job location and needs. Typical start time is between 7:30am and 8:00am. Occasional Saturday of Sunday morning.

Responsibilities

Assist with carrying, loading, and unloading equipment and materials to and from job sites.

Transport tools and debris to and from the job site

Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying tools and cleaning up the work area.

Climbing ladders, walking and assisting with tasks as directed by the crew leader.

Physical Requirements

Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights

Must be able to walk long distances on job sites with varying terrain and handle physical tasks consistently throughout the day.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or physical labor is a plus, but not required.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions and direction.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Schedule

30 - 36 hours per week

Variable hours based on job needs
