Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 an hour

Labelink is looking for an motivated individual to join our second shift team as a Plate Mounter!

Shift Details:

2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm to 12:30am.

Overtime opportunities as needed.

What Youll Do:

Mount and proof printing plates accurately and efficiently

Clean, seal, and inspect plates prior to use

Maintain and oversee mounting equipment; request maintenance when needed

Keep accurate records of time and materials used

Maintain inventory of tools and supplies for assigned equipment

Ensure a clean, safe working environment and follow all safety protocols

Support other production roles as needed and help improve workflows

Communicate regularly with supervisors to meet production goals

Accurately file and store plates for future use

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Mechanical aptitude and comfort in a production environment

Ability to read, follow directions, and work independently

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for the entire shift (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Willingness to cross-train and work as part of a team

Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
