As we grow, Fly Away Shavings is looking for a driven and personable Territory Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our brand presence with big box retailers, independent feed and farm supply stores, and agriculture distributors throughout Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska and Iowa.
Position Summary:
As the Territory Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across key agricultural markets. You'll be responsible for driving sales, forming strategic partnerships, and building long-term customer relationships in the farm supply and animal health space. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role ideal for someone with a strong background in agricultural sales or animal health distribution. This role requires up to 80% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers and distributors across target states.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with feed stores, farm supply retailers, and ag product wholesalers.
Educate retail partners and customers on the benefits and differentiation of Fly Away Shavings
Ensure proper retail product placement to drive retail velocity.
Set up in store marketing, promotional products, and programs for retail partners.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer sales meetings.
Qualifications:
Degree in agriculture, animal science, business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within agriculture or animal health.
Strong network and familiarity with the ag retail space in the Midwest region.
Preferred experience working with or selling to farm supply stores, co-ops, or feed retailers.
A passion for sustainable and innovative agriculture products.
