We are working to fill a direct hire Sr. Account Executive role with a manufacturing client in Hutchins, TX.
The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.
Main Duties:
Drive new customer acquisition and expand direct-to-customer sales efforts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual revenue targets and KPIs.
Identify and develop long-term contracts with key industry players.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability targets are met.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and industry leaders.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
3+ years' of proven sales track record
Experience with multi-million dollar deals
Experience working in relevant industry - Manufacturing or Supply Chain
Ability to travel 25-50% within territory
Organized and able to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Monday.com or Hubspot
