Front Desk Sales Associate

This is a PART-TIME, SALES-FOCUSED role for 20 - 25 hours a week. Schedule available is opening and closing shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. THIS IS A SALES POSITION. This IS NOT at simple receptionist position. This opening is for the Yale Marketplace salon located in the Heights.

WHAT WE DO:

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions and other lash and brow services. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, brow laminations, threading and more. When clients visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven part-time Front Desk Sales Associate with an outgoing personality for our salon located in the Heights. Please note: THIS IS A SALES POSITION. Your focus will be on converting clients into members, selling memberships(which save our guests so much money!) and providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests. Growth opportunities available for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase membership sales and retail sales

Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience

Book appointments in person or by phone

Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years high-end or membership sales experience

Strong attention to detail

Growth mindset; "can-do" attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work weekends and evenings

Reliable transportation

Desire to grow in management

Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Experience working in a salon-environment or membership-based business is a plus!
