The Associate Director of Partner Analytics (DPA) at Innovu is responsible for using our state-of-the-art analytics platform, Lens, to engage with our clients. The Associate DPA will be responsible for helping our users achieve their desired outcomes by providing insightful and actionable data based on detailed analysis.
The Associate Director of Partner Analytics will also consistently deliver high levels of service, assistance, and content that create outstanding customer experiences for our users. The DPA must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client to ensure we retain and expand our business relationship. As a member of the DPA team, you will also work closely with other Innovu teams, such as Sales and Product to facilitate high levels of client satisfaction and ensure customer feedback is heard throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Analyzes client data to build and present high quality client deliverables leveraging our analytics platform, Lens.
Researches and analyzes disparate silos of human capital data to identify actionable trends and opportunities.
Understands client business objectives and market drivers and uses that knowledge to uncover actionable insights that can be used to support those needs.
Accountable for fulfilling the Innovu service model with client engagement, relationship management, and overall retention.
Provides continuous quality review of data elements.
Responsible for the service delivery and satisfaction of a defined portfolio of accounts.
Promotes Innovus capabilities within client base, making sure clients are aware of program enhancements and Innovus key capabilities.
Escalates and resolves any client risk, including passive engagement to ensure the highest level of retention.
Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Conducts training for external and internal users. Is a critical subject matter expert on Lens platform and all client facing product enhancements and provides that subject matter expertise to internal / external teams.
Works cross-functionally to represent the Voice of the Customer and participates as needed in the Product Development Lifecycle.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Marketing, Information Security, and leadership team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure all client needs are met.
Manages strong, collaborative partnership with Managing Directors (Sales) to support the ongoing retention and expansion of key account and independent broker firms.
Provides sales support to prospective clients as needed.
Promotes clients success by surfacing case studies and use cases for sales and marketing use.
Supports smaller, less complex clients.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
6+ years previous work experience in either Client Services and/or Consulting directly with clients in the healthcare and employee benefits industries.
Experience assisting with the development and implementation of Total Reward strategies for self-insured clients.
Exposure to benefit solutions across different product lines.
Ability to uncover outliers and anomalies in healthcare and benefits related data and identify actionable solutions.
Experience benchmarking healthcare and benefits related data, with a strong sense of what the marketplace yields.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce high quality deliverables.
Demonstrates natural ease when dealing with clients of all levels and must be comfortable working with C-Suite stakeholders.
Knowledge of regional marketplace and national healthcare and benefits landscape.
Prior experience working hands-on with claims data and or other types of healthcare related data.
Outstanding Excel and spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, vlookups/hlookups, formulas, and macros.
Strong sense of customer service to address client needs consistently and effectively.
Self-motivated; comfortable working independently under general direction.
Demonstrates leadership ability both externally with clients and internally with staff.
Additional Considerations
Data analytics background.
Actuarial or underwriting experience.
A consultant and/or producer with Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licensure
Population Health background CEBS designation.
Customer Success Management experience.
Ability to identify business development opportunities.
Experience with large data sets and/or the analysis of unstructured healthcare data.
Experiences with data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques, and their applications.
