We are seeking a Curriculum Developer/EEO Training Specialist to support our customer on Patrick Space Force Base, FL. The curriculum developer will have the following duties:
Duties:
Prepares educational and instructional course materials for EEO practitioners such as outlines, instructor’s guides, student workbooks, instructional presentation media, test booklets, and survey forms.
Develops interactive courseware content and coordinates courseware automation.
Provides instruction to individuals, teams, and groups on selected subject matter.
Creates instructional strategies based on science of learning principles.
Leads teams of Curriculum Developers or Instructional Designers.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and application.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Curriculum developers – curriculum design expertise.
Knowledge in human relations topics and expert knowledge in evaluation and certification of training programs.
Required Education:
BS/BA degree in instructional Systems Design, Human Performance, Education, or similar field.
Professional certification in Instructional Systems Design/Instructional Design/Instructional Technologies (preferred).
Required Experience:
Five (5) to ten (10) years of related work experience.
Desired Experience:
Must have gone through the DEOMI EOAC course, preferably all DEOMI EEO courses.
Worked directly on DEOMI EEO and EOAC course curriculum.
Experience supporting analysis of DEOMI curriculum preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
