Position: Production Worker
Location: Macomb, MI (near 23 Mile Road & Van Dyke)
Pay: $18.50/hr
Shift: 7a..m. - 3:30 p.m

Prepare and apply leather or synthetic materials to automotive parts, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Cut materials to precise measurements, matching patterns and specifications.
Wrap leather around seats, door panels, and armrests with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Apply adhesives, including heat-activated adhesives, to bond materials securely.
Trim excess material, align seams, and inspect finished pieces for quality to ensure all items meet production standards. Glue (Adhesive) Department – Job Description
Apply adhesives to bond various materials in car interiors, ensuring long-lasting and durable results.
Use different types of adhesives (spray, hot melt, pressure-sensitive) based on the specific job requirements.
Prepare surfaces before applying glue and ensure proper drying and curing times are followed.
Ensure the adhesive bonds are strong, precise, and meet production quality standards.

Good communication skills for team collaboration and reporting issues.
