Hy-Line North America is looking to hire a Flock Service Manager.

This role is based out of our Wilton, IA location.

* 401(k) Retirement Plan * Vacation/Personal Days WHAT TO EXPECT The primary function of the Flock Service Manager is to oversee Hy-Line NA parent breeder flocks.

You will work closely with contract grower and layer cooperators to ensure all biosecurity measures, husbandry, and welfare practices are performed to Hy-Line standards.

In this critical role, you will work with diverse and multi-national Hy-Line team members focused on Hy-Line's vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS We're seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree in agriculture related field or four years equivalent professional experience.

Previous poultry industry experience is preferred.

Candidates must have a valid Driver's License, strong organizational skills and must be able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.

Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and must be able to operate electronic equipment/software as necessary.

Candidates must be able to bend, stoop and lift 50 lbs.

Candidates must not own or have any regular contact with any poultry or waterfowl.
